This page explains what happens to your email address when you join the Duyen waitlist. Duyen isn't open yet, so this is short.
Who we are
Duyen is operated by EFOX Solutions, a company registered in Vietnam. You can reach us at hello@duyenapp.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your answer to “Right now I'm”: planning a trip, traveling in Vietnam, or living in Vietnam.
- Which form you used, the date and time, the page you came from, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
- Basic visit statistics from Google Analytics, which uses cookies. This tells us which pages people read, not who you are.
Why we collect it
To email you when Duyen opens in Da Nang and Hoi An, and to understand which of our pages and articles bring people here. We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.
Where it's stored
The waitlist is kept in a Google Sheet, so it sits on Google's servers, which may be outside Vietnam and outside your country. When Duyen launches, we plan to keep user data on servers in Vietnam.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we contact you and you don't want to hear from us.
Your choices
Email hello@duyenapp.com and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell waitlist members by email.
